Fox Park Historic District
The Fox Park neighborhood is a City of St. Louis Certified Historic District. The character, size and quantity of the relatively unaltered historic buildings contained within the Fox Park Historic District make the District unique. The establishment and enforcement of controls by the Cultural Resources Office provide construction and restoration guidelines for the residents and businesses of Fox Park to follow, ensuring the on‐going historical value of the Fox Park Historic District.
If you are planning any rehabilitation or new construction, please refer to and follow the Fox Park Historic District Standards.
Fox Park Historic District Standards have been developed to establish a clear and consistent set of standards to govern the exterior architectural features within the District.
Fox Park Historic District Ordinance 66098 (Board Bill No. 69) establishes Fox Park as a historic district.
Fox Park Historic District Extension Ordinance 688333 (Board Bill No. [10] 221) establishes the boundaries of the Fox Park neighborhood.
